Varanasi Kisan Samman Sammelan
- Recently, Prime Minister released Rs 20,000 crore as part of the income support scheme for more than 9.26 crore farmers during the PM Kisan Samman Sammelan in Varanasi.
- PM released the installment under the PM Kisan scheme.
- PM Kisan is a Central Sector Scheme with 100% funding from Government of India, operational from 1st December, 2018.
- Under the scheme, an income support of 6,000/- per year in three equal installments is being provided to all land holding farmer ....
