Ethical Causes
- Changes in Lifestyle: The trend towards individualism and materialism has enhanced people's desire for a high-end lifestyle. People are willing to use any method, regardless of how immoral, in order to increase their income.
- Social discrimination: Because of their low understanding and great reliance on the government, the poor and marginalised is an ideal target for exploitation by dishonest authorities.
- Educational System Failure: India's value education has utterly failed to instil in the next generation the values of empathy, compassion, integrity, equity, and other such virtues. Globalization-related lifestyle changes have weakened society's moral foundation even further.
