Strategy of Struggle-Truce-Struggle

  • Under Gandhiji's strategy, whenever the energy of the people reached its peak, he would start the movement, and when the energy was low, he would withdraw the movement.
  • Gandhiji believed that when the energy was low, the people would either detach themselves from the movement under pressure or be forced to adopt violent tendencies.
