Introduction
- Nagorno-Karabakh is a territorial and ethnic conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Central Asia over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh and seven surrounding districts, which are controlled by Armenia in reality. However, it is internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan ignored the norms established by the OSCE and the UN and took decision to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh issue on its own.
