Karnataka Approves South Asia's Tallest Skydeck

On 22nd August 2024, the Karnataka Cabinet approved the construction of Bengaluru Skydeck, set to become South Asia's tallest structure with an investment of Rs 500 crores, offering a 360-degree view of the city.

  • Bengaluru Skydeck will stand approximately 250 meters tall, making it significantly taller than the Qutub Minar, which is 73 meters tall.
  • The project will be located in outer Bengaluru and will feature world-class facilities for tourists.
  • A key feature of the Skydeck will be its connection to the metro rail, ensuring easy access for visitors.
