Krishna's work extends to social reform, expanding the reach of Carnatic music to diverse audiences.
Other awardees include mridhangam player Parasala Ravi, vocalist Geetha Raja, and others in various categories.
Nritya Kalanidhi award recipient Dr. Neena Prasad honored for her contributions to classical dance.
Awards to be presented at the annual conferences and concerts of The Music Academy in December 2024 and January 2025.
