Department of Science and Technology has established AI lab in 6 CURIE (Consolidation of University Research for Innovation & Excellence in Women Universities) beneficiary universities with the goal to foster AI innovations and set up AI-friendly infrastructure to prepare skilled manpower for AI-based jobs in future during 2019.
