SCORES 2.0
On 1st April, 2024, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) unveiled an upgraded version of SCORES 2.0.
- It is aimed at fortifying the mechanism for addressing investor complaints.
Key Features
- Integration with the KYC Registration Agency Database: SCORES 2.0 will be integrated with the KYC Registration Agency database for easy registration of the investor on SCORES.
- Reduced and Uniform Timelines for Redressal of Investor Complaints: It will feature reduced and uniform timelines for redressal of investor complaints, which is 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
