Sambal Yojana
- Government released 605 crore as assistance in the bank accounts of 27,000 beneficiaries of the “Sambal Yojana” in a programme of financial distribution under the Sambal plan with a single click through a digital media.
- Started in the year 2018, it provides help for ease of living and livelihood to the people of the state in every situation.
- Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided for accidental death, normal death and funeral:
- Rs. 4 lakh in case of accidental death;
- Rs. 2 lakh in case of normal death; and
- Rs. 5 thousand for funeral.
