Right to Sleep is an individual’s right to serene and peaceful sleep at night.
Constitutional Provisions
- Under Article 19(1) (a), alongwith with Article 21 of the Constitution of India, the citizens have a right of a decent environment and they have a right to live peacefully, right to sleep at night and to have a right to leisure which is all necessary ingredients of the right to life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution.
