Inner Party Democracy
Constitutional and Legal Provisions: A draft Political Parties (Registration and Regulation of Affairs) Act, 2011 was submitted to the Union Law Ministry. The act aims to regulate the constitution, functioning, funding, accounts and audit, and other affairs of and concerning political parties participating in elections.
