Alternate Dispute Redressal Mechanism

Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms offer alternatives to traditional court litigation for resolving disputes outside the formal judicial system. These mechanisms aim to provide swifter, cost-effective, and more flexible ways to settle disputes.

Types of ADR

Arbitration

Mediation
