India and EU Hold High-Level Talks

On 28th February 2025, India and the European Union (EU) held a bilateral cluster meeting in New Delhi, focusing on key areas such as connectivity, green energy, security, and economic partnerships.

India Visit: European Commission President arrived in India for a two-day visit, highlighting India's role as a strategic ally for Europe.
Strategic Focus Areas: Discussions covered the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), green and clean energy, mobility and talent, security, and the EU’s expansion.
High-Level Participation: External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, along with Union Ministers Kirti Vardhan Singh and Nityanand Rai, represented India. The EU delegation included top officials such as Jozef Sikela and Marta Kos.
