PM Launches Multiple Development Projects in Northeast India

On 10th March, PM inaugurated and laid foundation stones for projects worth Rs. 55,600 crore in 6 North Eastern States.
- The government aims to provide pucca houses, free rations, pure drinking water, healthcare services, and internet connectivity to every family in the country.
- The central government is working on the Ashtalaxmi concept to boost development in the Northeast.
- The virtual conference attended by CM Manik Saha, ministers, MPs, and other officials discusses the positive changes in Tripura's development scenario.
- In Tripura, 11 projects were inaugurated, including rural tap connections, school buildings, and road rehabilitation projects.
- Foundation stones laid for projects like dental college, maternal-child health wing, road improvement, and solar microgrids, aimed at further development.
