PM Launches Multiple Development Projects in Northeast India

On 10th March, PM inaugurated and laid foundation stones for projects worth Rs. 55,600 crore in 6 North Eastern States.

The government aims to provide pucca houses, free rations, pure drinking water, healthcare services, and internet connectivity to every family in the country.
The central government is working on the Ashtalaxmi concept to boost development in the Northeast.
The virtual conference attended by CM Manik Saha, ministers, MPs, and other officials discusses the positive changes in Tripura's development scenario.
In Tripura, 11 projects were inaugurated, including rural tap connections, school buildings, and road rehabilitation projects.
Foundation stones laid for projects like dental college, maternal-child health wing, road improvement, and solar microgrids, aimed at further development.
