Doctrine of Lis Pendens under Transfer of Property Act, 1882 : UPSC Mains General Studies Paper 2 :Current Affairs in India Watch

On 3rd May, 2024, the Supreme Court observed that the doctrine of lis pendens would take effect from the date subsequent to the filing of a suit for injunction, and not from the date of grant of injunction.
