Investment Announcements
- Total investment announcements in first nine months of the financial year ending March 2025 (9MFY25, April-December 2024) stood at Rs. 32.01 lakh crore.
- This represents a 39% increase from Rs. 23 lakh crore in 9MFY24.
- The private sector accounted for 56% of investment announcements in FY24, increasing to 70% in 9MFY25, reflecting strong corporate confidence.
Gross Block of Indian Corporates
- As of March 2024, the gross block of Indian corporates reached Rs. 106.50 lakh crore, up from Rs. 73.94 lakh crore in March 2020.
