Croatia’s Highest Civilian Award

  • President Ram Nath Kovind on March 26th was honoured with the Croatia’s highest civilian award the Grand Order of the King of Tomislav in Zagreb.

2018 Turing Award: Nobel Prize in Computing

  • Godfathers of AI: Yoshua Bengio, Geoffrey Hinton and Yann LeCun were named the recipients of 2018 Turing Award aka Nobel Prize for Computing on March 26th by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
  • They were awarded for their conceptual and engineering breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence.
