ISRO Successfully Launches Cartosat-3

On 27th November, India’s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle, in its forty-ninth flight (PSLV-C47), successfully launched Cartosat-3 along with 13 Nanosatellites of USA into the Sun Synchronous Orbit from Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. The Nanosatellites have been launched under commercial arrangement with New Space India Limited (NSIL), the commercial arm of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
