IISS Report Assesses India’s Cyber Power
The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) recently released a report, titled ‘Cyber Capabilities and National Power: A Net Assessment’. The report provides a major new qualitative assessment of cyber power of 15 countries as well as a new qualitative framework for understanding how to rank global state cyber capacity.
- The IISS adopted a new methodology of assessment that is broad, principally qualitative and analyses the wider cyber ecosystem for each country, including how it intersects with international security, economic competition and military affairs.
