CPGRAMS Report Released

On 17th March 2025, the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions) released the 34th Monthly Report on CPGRAMS, evaluating the performance of central ministries, departments, states, and union territories in grievance redressal.

  • Grievance Analysis Report: The report provides a comprehensive analysis of grievance types, their classifications, and resolution methods adopted by different ministries and departments.
  • Grievance Resolution Performance: Over 1.12 lakh public grievances were resolved by central ministries and departments in February, with an average disposal time of 15 days.
  • Top-Ranked Ministries (Group A): The Department of Food and Public Distribution, Telecommunications, and Posts ranked highest in grievance redressal efficiency.
  • Best Performers (Group B): The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Ayush, and the Department of Land Resources emerged as top-performing entities.
  • Increase in New Registrations: Nearly 48,000 new users registered on the CPGRAMS platform, with the highest number of registrations from Uttar Pradesh.
  • States & UTs’ Performance: The 31st CPGRAMS report for states and union territories indicated that over 52,000 grievances were received, with more than 50,000 successfully resolved.
