INS Guldar: India’s First Underwater Museum

On 23rd February 2025, the Indian Navy officially handed over the decommissioned Landing Ship Tank INS Guldar to the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC).
- The ship is set to be converted into India’s first underwater museum and artificial reef.
