- India’s Commitment to IOR Security and HADR: Since 2019, India has provided Mozambique with multiple vessels and, during natural disasters and crises, has extended extensive humanitarian aid, such as delivering over a million COVID-19 vaccine doses and responding to Cyclone Idai in 2019.
- India has also trained Mozambique's maritime security forces in areas like anti-piracy, human trafficking, and counterterrorism.
- Expanded Defence Relations: In November 2023, India gifted Mozambique an Infantry weapons training simulator, enhancing Mozambique's defence training.
