India Launches First ANAB-Accredited AI Security Certification

On 23rd September 2024, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) and SISA introduced the Certified Security Professional for Artificial Intelligence (CSPAI) program, marking a significant advancement in AI security certification in India.

The CSPAI program is the first ANAB-accredited certification specifically focused on AI security, aimed at enhancing professionals' skills in integrating AI into business applications.
The launch event took place at SISA’s headquarters in Bengaluru, where certificates were awarded to cybersecurity professionals by the Director General of CERT-In, Dr. Sanjay Bahl, and SISA's Founder and CEO, Mr. Dharshan Shanthamurthy.
The certification is designed to keep pace with the evolving threat landscape, providing a comprehensive curriculum that covers all key elements of AI security.
The joint initiative between CERT-In and SISA reflects a commitment to fostering public-private partnerships in cybersecurity and preparing for new job roles in the AI sector.
