MoU for Greenfield Project

On July 31st, 2024, Toyota Kirloskar signed an MoU with the Maharashtra government to invest ₹20,000 crore in a greenfield project in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

• The project, focusing on electric and hybrid car manufacturing, is expected to bring significant economic benefits to the Marathwada region.
• The project will cover 850 acres in Auric City and is expected to create approximately 16,000 jobs – 8,000 direct and 8,000 indirect.
