The ceremonial launch of the 25T Bollard Pull (BP) Tug named "Bhishm" took place on January 14, 2024, at M/s Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd (M/s TRSL) in Kolkata.

- Aatmanirbhar Bharat Endeavor: The launch of "Bhishm" aligns with the "Aatmanirbhar Bharat" initiative, as a contract for the construction and delivery of six 25T BP Tugs was secured with M/s TRSL, Kolkata.
- Classification under Indian Register of Shipping: The Tugs are being meticulously constructed under the classification rules of the Indian Register of Shipping (IRS), reinforcing the commitment to quality and compliance.
