Recently, the Ministry of Defence entered into a contract with Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) worth Rs 588.68 crore.

- Secured MPLS/VSAT Connectivity: The project leverages secured Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)/Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) connectivity, ensuring advanced and secure communication infrastructure.
- Latest Technological Capabilities: The DCG project signifies the establishment of a tier-III data centre equipped with the latest technological capabilities.
- It facilitates centralized monitoring and management of applications deployed by the ICG, ensuring vigilant oversight of critical IT assets.
